1. Opening D.
2. 5 hook down 2 loops.
3. Proximally, insert 5 into 1 loops, pick up proximal 1f and return.
4. Navaho 1. Extend.
5. 1 pass proximal to both 1 and 2 loops, then, proximally, insert 1 into 5 loops. 1 hook up proximal 5f and return. Release 5 and Extend.
6. Pass 345 proximal to 2 loops. Distally, insert 345 into 1 loops, hook down (proximal and distal) 1f.
7. Proximally, insert 1 into 2 loops.
8. Navaho 1 (both proximal loops over distal loop)
9. Distally, transfer 2 loops to 1.
10. Caroline extension. Release 1.
11. 1 pick up O-. Release 2
12. 2 hook up ulnar 345. Release 1. Extend gently.
