    1. Opening A
    2. Proximally, insert 1345 into 2 loops. Transfer 2 loops to the wrists.
    3. Proximally, insert 5 into 1 loops, pick up 1f and return.
    Distally, insert 2 into distal and proximal 5 loops, hook up proximal 5n and return.
    4. Open the palms. Seize between L2 and L1 both R2n and R1f where they cross. Release R1, R2 and R5 loops. Insert R5 away from you into the former R1 loop. Insert R1 towards you into the former R2 loop.
    Left hand returns to position and repeat Step 4 on the left side.
    5. Repeat Steps 3&4 twice.
    6. Proximally, insert 5 into 1 loops, pick up 1f and return. Distally, insert 2 into distal and proximal 5 loops, hook up proximal 5n and return.
    7. Place the right wrist loop between R1 and R2. L1 and L2 grasp R2n, R1f and the former right wrist loop where they cross.Release right hand. Insert R5 away from you into the former R1 loop and insert R1 away from you into both former R1 loop and R2 loop (but not into the former right wrist loop).
    Repeat Step 7 on the left side.
