3.	Proximally insert big toe R2 loop. Release R2.&#13;
4.	Distally insert R2345 in the big toe loop and grab both near big toe strings.&#13;
5.	Release L1 and exend.&#13;
6.	Proximally , transfer R2345 loop to L1.&#13;
7.	R2345 pass proximally to both L1n and grab L5n (between the crossing with the doble L1n and the big toe) and pull it  toward you.&#13;
8.	R2345 are now distally inserted in the large L5 loop. Proximally insert R1 in this loop and release R2345.&#13;
9.	Reinsert R2345 proximally with R1.&#13;
10.	Insert the all hand in the loop and, passing distally to both L1n, 2345 grab L5f.&#13;
11.	Extend L1n toward you, proximally insert R1 in this new loop and release R2345.&#13;
12.	Proximally transfer both big toe loop to R5.&#13;
13.	Distally insert R12 into L1 loop, pass proximal to central L5n and, near the finger, seize L5n. &#13;
14.	Release L1 and L5.&#13;
15.	Proximally insert L15 in the loop seized by R12. Extend.&#13;
