    3. Repeat RH.
    4. Pass 2 distal to 5 loops, hook up 5 loops.
    5. Distally, insert 2 into 1 loops, pick up both 1f, and return.
    6. Distally, insert 2 into 1 loops, pick up both 1n, and return.
    7. Release 1.
    8. Proximally, insert 1 into 2 loops. 1-2 seize distal both 2f.
    9. Rotate 2 horizontally.
    10. Rotate H horizontally.
