    Construction method (ISFA)

    1. Opening A
    2. Pass 1 proximal to 2 loops. Proximally, insert 1 into 5 loops, pick up 5f and return. Release 5 and extend.
    3. Proximally, insert 543 into 2 loops and hook down 2n.
    4. Distally, insert 2 into distal and proximal 1 loops, hook up both 1f and return.
    5. Release 543 and extend.
    6. Ringi ne mara continued
    7. 5 hook down O1+ and O2+. 5 pick up distal 1n and return to position.
    8. Release 1.
