    3. Proximally, insert 345 into 1 and 2 loops, hook down 2n.
    4. Release 1.
    5. 1 pick up the middle transverse string.
    6. Release 2.
    7. R2 hooks up the string forming the left side the central triangle lacted in the centre of the figure
    8. L2 hooks up the string that previously formed the right side of the same triangle.
    9. Proximally, insert 2 into 1 loops, hook up 1n and return (twisting of 2).
    10. Release 134
